Vacation Rental Policies
Review important booking details, payment requirements, cancellation information, travel insurance options, and guest policies before your stay with Seven Keys Vacations.
To confirm your reservation, we require a signed lease agreement and a 50% deposit. If travel insurance is selected, the travel insurance premium is also collected with the deposit. The remaining balance is due 45 days prior to arrival.
We offer payment plans that allow you to spread out your payments. Learn more about our vacation payment plans.
We rent to family groups only. Social groups and school groups are not permitted. The minimum age to rent a property in our rental program is 25.
Our calendars for the following year open at varying dates based on the property and its owner.
If you have a specific property and dates in mind, but don't see it open on the calendar, give us a call at 305-296-9292 and our dedicated Vacation Specialists will be happy to assist you.
Reservations are made on a first come, first serve basis, meaning that when the property is open, it is available to anyone to book. So don't delay. Once you find the right home for your next vacation, book it.
For help finding the right home for next year, call us at 305-296-9292.
We have provided the Terms and Conditions of our Standard Lease Agreement for review on this page. Please call us at 305-296-9292 if you have any questions about the lease agreement.
We strongly recommend the purchase of Travel Insurance offered at time of booking to protect you from an unexpected event affecting your vacation. The section below describes the benefits of Travel Insurance. Or visit our Travel Insurance Page for more details.
Electing travel insurance is not required to make a reservation, but we strongly encourage it. No refunds will be made for mandatory hurricane evacuations unless travel insurance has been elected.
Trip Preserver from Red Sky Travel Insurance covers trip cancellation or interruption due to:
- A mandatory evacuation due to a named hurricane or other natural disaster
- Uninhabitability of the destination vacation home caused by a natural disaster
- Uninhabitability of your primary residence or your traveling companion’s primary residence caused by a natural disaster
- Sickness, injury, or death of you, a family member, or traveling companion

Our homes are not intended to be used as venues for events or weddings. While we are happy to provide accommodations for your guests in our homes, anyone planning to host an event or wedding in the area will need to secure a separate venue for the event itself.
Our team is happy to help you understand our booking requirements, payment options, and vacation rental policies.
