House was great. Best beach in Marathon was steps away allowing us to walk back and forth without using a car. Pools were perfect for both children and adults. Boat dock was very convenient as we rented a boat and keep it right outside the back door.

The house was beautiful, the kitchen had all the items we needed. The beds were all very comfortable and offered many options for bed size (king, queen). We enjoyed lots of time outside by the pools and utilized many items for recreation (chairs for sun and outdoor eating, kayaks, stand up paddle boards, beach chairs, pool floaties/toys, sonos speakers, ice maker in garage) The beds were very comfortable and the beach towels were great to use for the week. The Sonos sound system throughout the house and year were a great addition. The house is located within easy walking distance to the beach and about 1.5 miles to the nearest grocery/liquor store. We would stay at this house again. The house offer lots of room for privacy and room to relax but plenty of space to spend time together.

ALL the amenities: Bikes, Kayaks, Paddle Boards, near the ocean, 3 minutes from Publix, close to ALL the great restaurants of the Keys. Responsive staff if there is a problem. Clean, well maintained home, yard and pool. There wasn’t anything missing for our stay. Plenty of pillows, blankets, towels, pots and pans, utensils. Everything worked great, the beds were comfy and clean. We would stay here again! The dock and canal was great to kayak and paddle board. Perfect location to ride bikes as well! Publix right up the street, and the public well maintained beach within walking distance! What more could you ask for?

We loved this property! It had everything we needed for a great Florida Keys getaway. The pool was perfect to float, relax and socialize. It was a beautiful setting! The bikes, kayaks, fishing poles, and beach amenities just added to the rental property value and fun. The chance to be such a short distance to Sombrero Beach was an added bonus. The house provided plenty of places to gather together and have fun as well as spaces to separate for some quiet time such as the inside loft, the canal & dock, the outdoor propane table area, and the back pool & patio, bedroom terraces, and rocking chairs on the front porch. The house is completely stocked with everything you need for the perfect vacation. The property is well maintained and Vacasa is available a phone call or text away for anything you need.

A relaxing stay with all amenities.... between the kayaks, bikes, hot tub and heated pool we enjoyed all of it. Also enjoyed relaxing around the fire pit at night and walked to the beach every morning for sunrise!

Overall this was an amazing place to stay and literally 3 min walk to sombrero beach The big pool and hot tub were amazing however the hot tub heat would never stay on and had to push button and wait for it to reheat all the time The beautiful hanging outdoor lights o ly 1/10 of the lightbulbs lit up and there was glass cracking g along pool and some found in water. so be careful with kids.The guest bedroom bathroom smelled of sewage. Never figured that out. The grill was amazing and brand new condition. The kitchen an amenities amazing. Washer Drywr knew and worked great.

Great property! Great location! The house was perfect for our family getaway. We spent time at the beach (short walk from house), swam in the pool, kayaked in the channels, played games outside in the spacious yard. Fantastic vacation!

You can spend your whole vacation at Key Quest never have to leave if you want the pools, hot tub, kayaks bicycles. Everything you need is there and it’s a beautiful property!

It had everything you need for a wonderful vacation. pools were great and a good sound system through out the house. plenty of towels and bedding. Ice was at an abundance ,great for frozen drinks and coolers around the pool. Just a little disappointed that we could never get the fan outside by the big pool to work, other than that it was a perfect week!

We had a great week, house was more than what we expected. It had just about everything we needed, except for the kitchen, NO spices but a salt &pepper shaker. Couldn't believe how nicely landscaped and decorated it was. We had a little hicup ,the water cooler was empty and the Vasaca people took a couple of days to replenish the water,other than that EXCELLENT !

This is our 3rd trip to this property and we love it. Location and amenities are perfect. Owners continue to make upgrades to improve the experience. Spa based on other reviews continues to be an issue. Heat pump turns on but doesn't heat. Vacasa didn't address appropriately following our inquiries. Would recommend this property and stay here again!

Just want to write an updated review since most of these are older. The previous reviews about the house AC being hot in the downstairs bedrooms has been fixed. The house has two brand new AC units. House was immaculate and in the perfect location with all the amenities you’d need. Only issue we ran into is the Wi-Fi does not work. They are actively working on it but the Sonos speakers did not work outside and the TVs were in and out. All in all this house had everything we needed and more

The kids spent hours in the pools and the adults had plenty of options for outdoor lounging. Bedrooms and bathrooms are very comfortable. Great location near the beach and stores. Very nice kitchen for prepping meals, and plenty of indoor space for hanging out.

This house is fantastic, and very well located steps to the beach. Super clean and all the extras; sonos speakers in all the rooms, kayaks, fishing gear, bikes etc. vacasa staff was super responsive with small requests like working the hot tub controls. Perfect for two families of four, but 8 might be limit bed wise. Not really walkable to stores or restaurants, but a five minute drive. Great for families

Fabulous home within walking distance to Sombrero Beach. We had 3 couples, and more than enough room. We witnessed two turtles being released back into the sea at Sombrero Beach too. Beds are comfy, well stocked home. We spent most of our time in the pool if we weren’t out and about. The jacuzzi never got over 90-93, although it allowed us to just stay in longer! Barbecue was handy too! We were there for 8 nights and ate in four of those nights. Highly recommend.

We had such a great time here. Beautiful home. Our 4th trip to Marathon. The beds were comfy, ample space for 3 couples. They supplied plenty of toilet paper, and shampoo etc till you get to the store! This is the first house we have rented that did not supply bags, spices, oil etc in the kitchen. You are completely on your own there! They did have Culligan Water which was a nice perk as well as the ice machine. The pools were fabulous although the front pool does not heat to 85 as we were told. Nor does the Jacuzzi hit 102! We contacted them about this & they did send someone over. The Jacuzzi was like a warm bath on the verge of needing hot water. We still enjoyed it though because we could stay in it for hours to stay warm at night when outside. Short walk to Sobrero Beach where we witnessed 2 green turtle that have been rehabilitated by the Turtle Hospital, released back into the sea at dusk. So cool!!! There is no lighting over the dining table which was a bit strange, but we still managed to play games around the huge table. Definitely would stay here again!

This was our first trip to the Florida Keys. This house was located Ideally for what we were wanting. It was a short walk to the beach and centrally located on the keys. The house was immaculate and well kept. The property management group and particularly the owner were very responsive to any concerns. In fact, the hot tub quit working and I notified the homeowner. He had someone out there and fixed it that day! We would definitely recommend this property to anyone with a large group of people looking for a nice place to stay.

We chose this property for its location and the size of our group (10). The house was immaculate and all the amenities were in good condition and usable. The dock was great and my kids fished every day. We had a couple issues that arose while we were there and the host/owner were very fast to respond and address any concerns. My only comment is that this property does say ten people and that is only the case if two people sleep on separate couches. If they had a fold-out/inflatable bed available it would have been spot on, in my opinion. Aside from that, all beds and accommodation was very comfortable and 0 complaints. While we were there the hot tub stopped heating and the owner had it fixed that day! We would definitely stay here again and recommend them to anyone planning a trip to Marathon/keys. You will not be disappointed.

The house was wonderful for families and couples. There were two master suites. We were thankful that there was a master on the main since we are both seniors walking with canes. There was plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the home. With all the outdoor activities any age person could be entertained. Sombrero Beach was close enough for the teens to walk there.The kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed grilling out a couple of nights. I would definitely recommend this to anyone.

The house was fantastic! It was well equipped and had plenty of room for a big family. It had two bedrooms downstairs and one was a master that was great. The outdoor pools and area provided opportunity to to swim and play. It was close enough for the teens to walk to Sombrero Beach. The house was well equipped and and comfortable. We enjoyed grilling and having the opportunity to eat a couple of nights in. I would definitely recommend this house to a large family group or a group of couples!

You can tell the owners spared no expense when they built this place. Many amenities. Our favorite was the pool, covered seating at the pool and whirlpool. Can't forget to add the jellyfish, manatees and fish swimming around in the canal as well. The kids had a blast.

My wife and I enjoyed 5 glorious weeks in this fabulous home. Each of our 3 adult children and our 3 grandchildren were able to come and enjoy a time with us a various times. The home is wonderfully appointed and the owners and management team were more than accommodating. We enjoyed the beach just steps away as well the pools and the kayaks. It was truly blessing to celebrate my retirement and one of our grandchildren's first birthday in the outdoor pavilion by the pool. If you're considering renting this home but questioning if it's worth it? Don't hesitate, "Long after the price is forgotten the memories will remain" We thank the owners for sharing their wonderful home with us and allowing us to create a memory that will last a lifetime.

Wonderful house! It was beautiful. Lots of space to experience having our adult kids, grandkids! We had fun kayaking, biking , fishing. So wonderful they had all that to use. It’s a perfect location! Being able to walk to the beach was great! Grocery stores and restaurants right around the corner. The outside swimming pools were amazing and we had memorable meals outside at their eating area . Also any problem we had they came right out to fix it! Just a great place!!!!

This home had everything we needed for our friends getaway trip! Perfect lounging pool, hot tub, house was huge - many bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate our entire group. The beach was only steps away but the property had so many amenities we didn’t leave much! Vacasa was very easy to work with as well. They texted check in instructions when we arrived and check out instructions when we left. Very seamless! We would definitely recommend this home to anyone traveling to the Marathon area!

The property was just as nice as the listing states! Large, plenary of bedrooms and bathrooms. Front (smaller) infinity pool is not heated so our time was spent in the large pool. Outdoor area was amazing and the hot tub was perfect for the evening. We would absolutely stay at this location again!

We enjoyed our stay very much in this home! Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom with plenty of areas to hang out together or relax and read or stare at your phone. The kitchen had everything we needed along with a grill, fire pit(nice in the evening), huge private pool with toys and loungers along with a hot tub and smaller unheated pool . Fishing with the provided poles and bait and launching the provided kayaks and paddle boards from the dock was a hit with everyone. We pedaled the bikes provided everywhere, thru the neighborhood and to the Publix and nature trail about a mile away. Sandal Factory is a must see as well. The management team was amazing answering our calls and sent people and supplies within hours. Small things like the empty propane tanks, rusted bike handles, flat bike tires, and broke pool tv were reported to Vacasa with fresh tanks delivered within an hour. It would’ve been nice if the prior renters would’ve reported these things during their stay so it would’ve all been taken care of before we got there. Hopefully all was fixed for the next renters. I can’t say enough how much we enjoyed this home and the beach across the street(morning sunrises and evening sunset visits every day and swimming in between!)

All the bedrooms were nicely appointed the towels were nice towels soap and conditioner each and every bathroom. The house was ready for us and very clean upon arrival. Has two pools we spent most of the time in the pool that is larger it also has a large screen TV so you can sit at the swim up bar and watch football or baseball or basketball… I would highly recommend staying here and we plan to stay here again in the future.

First of all, everything on the website in terms of the property is accurate. It was very well equipped - beyond the description - like it had beach chairs, umbrellas, PFD's for the kayaks, water cooler with 4-5 full bottles...... Location is terrific - Sombrero beach access easy. Publix store 1.5 miles away. A few criticisms - bed in downstairs large bedroom has seen better days. The WiFi, was terrific when working but found we had to unplug and reboot it almost daily - when functioning, it was great throughout the home. We did find the AC difficult to manage - we kept it set at 75 upstairs and down - some rooms were freezing others were hot. Better instructions may be helpful along with instructions for the TV's of which there are many. Someone would take the trash out to the street even though there were instructions for us to do it, however, they combined the trash / recycle into one container which defeats the purpose of separating and isn't really environmentally helpful. There are twin ovens, however, the breaker would pop if both turned on. Lastly, the big shade umbrella was broken away from it's stand when we arrived - property management did not address this over the 8 days we stayed. Back to positives - the pool temp was perfect and the kids lived in the water. The area was very quiet. The BBQ seems fairly new and was super clean. The large covered table outside was perfect to eat at. Overall, loved the place - would highly recommend it to others

This home was magnificent! Every room was so luxurious. The air conditioning at 73° was more than adequate. The pool was divine, as well as the whirlpool. Yeah thank you thank you so muchThe outdoor area was unbelievably wonderful! It was wonderful to be such a short distance from the beach. My only suggestion would be to put a new mattress and box spring in the downstairs bedroom with the four poster bed.

House is exactly as pictured, great location, super clean. We would definitely rent the house again. The only suggestions/things that could have been better are the downstairs bedroom is very warm, even when leaving the door open like stated in the instructions. Maybe a wall unit for AC in the downstairs master would fix the issue. Also, we missed out on a few nights of being able to use the hot tub because you have to text to have the hot tub heat turned on. So that was a bummer. All in all, we enjoyed the house. And are looking at to rent again in the future. We left some cool floating pool balls that light up at night and hope others enjoy them.

This house was perfect for our family vacation. It’s spacious and beautiful with every possible amenity you could ask for. The bikes, kayaks, and paddle boards available kept us from having to rent them separately. The pool, pool toys, corn hole game and hot tub kept everyone happy when we opted to stay on the property. But the beach and all kinds of dining nearby gave us great options when we wanted to venture out. We were able to rent a boat and moor it right next to the house, which was so convenient for fishing, exploring and sunset cruising. This place has it all!

The house was very nice and well kept. We ran into an issue and got locked out of the house by my 2-year-old. I was able to borrow a neighbors phone call the company explain the situation and get back in. They were very nice on the phone. The two downstairs bedrooms get a little warm at night but the 2 upstairs bedrooms are nice and cool. we put the kids downstairs and we slept upstairs. The dock is in good working order and the pools are kept up nice. All appliances work just fine and they have plenty of pots, pans, and cooking utensils. I would definitely recommend staying here.

This house is perfect. There is so much room and the owners have thought of everything to make your stay perfect. There are 2 pools, one with a swim up bar and a hot tub. The dock was perfect for our boat and the location is wonderful. We relaxed and had one of our best family vacations ever!

This house is perfect. There is so much room and the owners have thought of everything to make your stay perfect. There are 2 pools, one with a swim up bar and a hot tub. The dock was perfect for our boat and the location is wonderful. We relaxed and had one of our best family vacations ever!

Great stay and beautiful property. Our dog absolutely loved the fenced in yard. The only issue was the hot tub was rarely hot. We had to text someone every time we wanted do use it and it would take hours to heat up. Everything else was great!

This house was amazing for our family and friends. We had two families and a friend stay. It was clean and well maintained. The sonos sound system through out the house, front yard/pool area and back yard/pool/dock area made the stay a lot more fun. Tons of pool toys and floats. There was two extra twin mattress in the house which came in handy for the little ones. There was a iron, ironing board, hair dryer and hair straighter. The misquotes come out at night and made it hard to stay in the pool after sun down, bring lots of bug spray. Its a great place to stay, we will be back.

Key West isn’t far so day trips were fun. Lots to do in Marathon, fishing charter and snorkeling excursions to name a few. I would highly recommend this property .

House is amazing. Multiple pools are the highlight. Private dock in the back for a bit rental was awesome. Kitchen, living spaces, and entertainment equipment were all high end. Highly recommend.

This home was perfect for our two families. With 6 kids ranging in ages 5 to 16, there was so much to do and plenty of entertainment right at the home. The heated pool and hot tub were perfect for our November stay and being able to watch football from the swim up pool bar was awesome! The dock was large enough for the 25 foot deck boat we rented. The kitchen was fantastic and the beds were very comfortable. The Sonos sound system was also an unexpected benefit. This property made for an unforgettable Thanksgiving week and we would return without hesitation.
