This house was exactly as described. It fit 10 of us perfectly. I will say, the pool is small. 10 of us definitely could not swim around in the pool comfortably at the same time, but we had fun taking turns. The hammock was fantastic and a favorite spot for all! We enjoyed grilling downstairs and sitting at the table to enjoy meals. The beds were comfortable enough. Some things that would be helpful for others to know is when the description says the kitchen is minimally equipped, they mean it. I think there were three pots, none of any great size so it was difficult to prepare a meal for 10 people in the kitchen, but we made it work. Also, if you have never been to the keys in summer, the Sargassum grass is really heavy in the summer and had begun drifting into the canal. It has a terrible smell, and we could smell it inside the home as well. Not a dealbreaker, but just worth noting. We enjoyed fishing off of the canal, kayaking and we even had three manatees visit us a few times.

A+ Property in a prime location
Fantastic home. Modern decor with a beach y homey feel. Everything was clean. The beds were comfortable, AC was strong. Home had everything our family needed. Plenty of space to gather and enjoy, and then retreat back to privacy. The pool was clean, the driveway has sufficient parking. Home was easy to find and get to. Lots of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The kitchen has everything you could need. 10/10 would stay here again!
