MA144 - Paradise in the Keys

A casa é extremamente bem equipada , tudo que vc sonhar de utilitários domésticos há na casa. Extremamente limpo, ambiente personalizado com tema do mar. Garagem larga e de fácil acesso. Piscina do condomínio grande e com agua quente (assim estava no mês de julho). Condominio tranquilo e reservado. Enfim, a casa é tudo aquilo que mostra nas fotos e mais um pouco. Agora quanto ao local/cidade? É uma cidade muito pequena , com poucas opções de lojas e supermercados , quase não há vida noturna. As praias são tranquilas , infelizmente fui numa época de muitas algas (julho) e fica a cerca de 1h20min de Key West. Agora, tem a vantagem das coisas serem bem mais baratas em Marathon do que em Key West (principalmente gasolina). Se vc quer paz e sossego a cidade é perfeita e a casa mais ainda , se vc procura badalação e bons restaurantes vá para Key West.

We had a wonderful stay at this two-story condo in Marathon, Florida. The property was exceptionally clean, quiet, and comfortable, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy our time in the Keys.
The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals, and the bathrooms were thoughtfully supplied with plenty of essentials. The layout of the condo provided plenty of space, and we appreciated having two levels for added comfort and privacy.
A special thank you to the property manager, who was incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. Communication was excellent, and any questions we had were answered promptly.
Overall, this was a fantastic rental experience. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this condo to anyone visiting Marathon.

It was located in a very quiet and convenient area. Everything was clean and ready for us.

Yellowtail was impressively clean. The bed was very comfortable. There were plenty of beach towels, a few fishing poles and a bait bucket. The listing mentioned 2 coolers available to use but we did not find them. The house is across the street from an airport. You do hear the planes but it was not annoying (to us anyway). We enjoyed the pool, however, I thought with it being a fitness pool that I would be able to "swim" but the jets were not strong enough for that. I did not inquire about it as it wasn't that important for me. There was salt and pepper but no other condiments if you plan on cooking. The location was great. We did some fishing on the canal. The ants do come out at night as well as some other "no see ums" so you may need bug spray if you plan to be out back after dark. We saw several iguanas that seemed to come across the bridge in the morning, cross through the yard and over to the neighbor's. They head back in the late afternoon. Overall we really enjoyed this place! Great space indoors and out.

Great location to be able to see sunrise and sunset! Inside was truly an amazing experience as you can see in the pictures! Kitchen was well equipped and had decent seasing cabinet too. Beds were very comfortable! Cant wait to go back!

We loved everything about this place! There is plenty of space for 6 people! For people who like to fish, there is a dock! But its for docking boats, but still fishable! We spent a lot of time out there and caught a bunch of different fish, even a shark. In regards to the pool, it is nice and comes with the average rules of any public pool. Time restrictions, adult supervision for kids under 18, etc. This place has balcony seating. But there is no view of the water, but still a beautiful place. The driveway to this place was hard to spot at first! Lots of Uturns were needed to make it in there lol.

We loved the nautical theme and the overall vibe of the house. We wish from the house porches the view was better but a short little walk within the neighborhood the sunsets were great.

This property is beautifully decorated, immaculate and well-equipped for your stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, pickleball courts and access to the dock for fishing during our trip. We wish we had a view of the ocean, as opposed to the pickleball court and a barren parking lot, but we could still sit outside in the sunshine and enjoy the warm weather.

Enjoyed the yellowtail house and surrounding area. Description was accurate and the pool was actually bigger than what we thought it looked like in the pictures which was a pleasant surprise. Fishing in the canal was good and got to see a lot of different wildlife swim through from jellyfish to manatees. Overall a very good experience and would definitely book again.

The house was beautiful. The cleaning company neglected to place the outside furniture out. They did finally show up to do it and in doing so they changed the code for the door. Again, had to contact Vacasa. Also, painters showed up the second day without us being made aware of the job. We were told we had to travel to the house in spite of hurricane Milton otherwise we would lose our money. We did, but we just expected that Vacasa would take care of everything on its end of the contract

The Yellowtail House features an ideal, private location with boating access and a clean canal for swimming and kayaking. Bikes were included along with coolers and a bait freezer for a nice touch of amenities. The Swim Spa/Splash pool was an added bonus after a long, hot day on the water. The inside of the house is nicely decorated with many nautical motif items added to the Keys vibe. Additionally, the kitchen is well-equipped and the outdoor grill makes preparing meals easy. The beds are super comfortable and the ac makes for a very comfortable stay. Absolutely loved this place!!

Yellowtail house is absolutely adorable, comfortable and clean. We had everything we needed to cook and grill some meals at home. The location is in a nice neighborhood behind the airport away from traffic. The Marathon location is central to so many spectacular beaches/tiki bars/restaurants, etc. all along the Keys.

We were blown away with the nautical finished inside this unit. The Florida Keys vibes surrounded us in every room, from the upscale kitchen to the mermaid bathroom! This is the perfect getaway located right in the middle of the Keys. The options are endless, we loved the fact there were great dining options within walking distance and our day trips from Islamorada to Key West were easy drives in both directions.

The condo was the perfect place to relax and enjoy some time away. It was very clean and well appointed. Everything you need was there for use, the pool was lovely, and the dock was great to park your boat overnight. The condo is tucked away in a quiet corner but still very close to some great restaurants. I would definitely stay there again.

We had a very pleasant stay, the house offer plenty of room for up to 6 people and a nice backyard on the water with 2 kayak and paddle board. Cooler and 2 beach chairs are available as well as a small beach umbrella. Recommend and we will come back soon!
