If someone needs to finish remote work, the downstairs desk workspace will serve their needs for a separate space. Each bedroom is upstairs, so you can enjoy peace and quiet when you decide to turn in. Rest easy inside this classic example of Florida comfort, where the beach is close and the pool is even closer. The location was quiet and had nice balconies to sit and enjoy our coffee

Perfect condo in Marathon, Florida
We stayed for a week at the end of December 2025. The condo was perfect for our family of 5. The condo had everything we needed and was beautifully decorated with a sea/beach theme. The location was great and we were a short drive to many of the areas hotspots, attractions, restaurants. The grounds were beautiful, well maintained, and in a quiet location. The pool was great. We would definitely stay here again.

Great value for this place!!
Comfortable and clean. Quiet. Ocean at your fingertips. Heated pool. Walking distance to great restaurants. Second time we stayed here. First was Gulfpointe II. Thist time in Gulfpointe I. Will be back.
