KWSS403 - Sunrise Suites - Tierra Bomba Suite 403

We picked this location because we were coming with another couple and we liked the split bedroom plan and the fact that it had two bathrooms!
The apartment was clean, spacious, had the full sized kitchen that was pictured. The rooms and bathrooms were also spacious and clean and had a great supply of towels (including beach towels) and a small collection of mini toiletries!
I loved that the apartment balcony overlooked the pool. It was peaceful. We sat out there as the sun went down one of the nights and it was great!
The beds were comfortable and had ample pillows!
Even though the location is a bit of a ways from the main sight-seeing area of Duval Street and the South part of the island, it's only about a 15 minute drive and if was kinda nice to retreat back to the quiet apartment at the end of the day.
The apartment is close to the airport, but the planes were not disruptive to us
The AC worked great and water pressure and temperature worked well in the shower.

The condo was clean, relatively quiet area. Very minimal kitchen supplies, no spices at all, including salt and pepper. Requested more towels through Airbnb chat, was told we’d have done the next day. When I called at 2 to check status, I was told they didn’t usually supply extra towels, but since someone said ok they would give us extra.
The area is away from town, which was great for us as we didn’t want the late night noise. Easy drive into Old Town.
We would stay here again.

This place is great, right next to the airport so you will hear planes take off but it never bothered us. I suggest renting a golf cart to get around since this is 15 mins from duval or uber. Bring extensions cords for the outlets in the bedroom. The outlets are not close enough to reach the bed or dresser.

The unit overlooks a beautiful view of the swimming pool and towering palm trees. The balcony has a table that seats four (ours was a party of three) that allows enjoyable outdoor eating and chatting. The checkout requirements might have been less than any of the nearly 30 AirBnB properties I've stayed in over the years.
All in all, the property was enjoyable though not up to the highest standards of other vacation rentals, as explained below.
I received official notices through the AirBnB website from both Casago and Vacasa indicating that each was the host. I like knowing who I am doing business with, and those contradictory notices were confusing.
The property has a full kitchen, and using it to prepare suppers was less satisfying than any of the the three AirBnBs I booked for the trip. I have privately sent details about that to the host. If you need the kitchen only for breakfast and making a picnic lunch, my concerns won't affect you.

We enjoyed our time here very much. The suite was as described, the pool was great. It was a quiet spot away from the congestion (which we preferred) and the communication was clear & very responsive

The apartment is a bit older, but extremely well maintained, clean, and fully equipped. Everything worked perfectly, and we had everything we needed during our stay. You can feel the care in the small details: Dove shampoo and soap, a complete kitchen cleaning kit, everything very clean and well organized. There is a genuine sense of hospitality. The level of support and attention was excellent — we truly felt welcomed.
As a point of attention, the apartment is a bit far from the main attractions and close to the airport. The condominium laundry was also difficult to use; we tried several payment options without success. This is not the host’s fault, but some additional guidance would have helped. Overall, it was a very positive and special stay.

The stay was wonderful. Plenty of space and in a nice quiet part of key west. Hot tub was amazing. The support team was available 24/7 and responded to texts within about 15 minutes. Very clean and had plenty of things like soap and shampoo incase you forgot yours. I have stayed a lot of places in Key West but this one was one of the top. Great deal for the space and very comfy beds.

Would book again for a future stay, enjoyed the quiet & privacy of location, about 10/15 minutes to Duval depending on traffic, exterior corridor to unit is not air conditioned, unit a/c works great! elevators work, nice sunrise view, luggage carts available super helpful, didn’t have any issues parking but watch out for mosquitoes in parking lot by pond, publix close by, nice size perfect for two couples or small family

Your cleaning staff was great . I had a Columbia fishing shirt on rail level. 4 . It dropped to level three and they brought it back not really knowing where it came from.

Very nice day, especially for the price. Location is great, but it definitely could use some updating shower pressure was a little light and not much hot water. Very nice to have a full kitchen, especially in Key West. The pool was a blast. Definitely recommend for anyone who would like to stay Key West.

The property was perfect for us, 2 couples, the parking was a big plus every day to get back and find a spot right away. The check-in instructions were easy. We enjoyed the little terrace in the morning. It was well located forthe Sunset cruise we booked as it was a very short drive. The apartment was very quiet. It had an elevator and a dolly to carry the suitcases to the 4th floor.

Perfect spot for 2 couples, easy to get to from the airport. Check in was a breeze, everything was clean and in order upon arrival, and the beds were comfortable. Ubers are so plentiful in Key West we had no issues getting to and from the condo.

We stayed here for a spring break girls’ golf getaway—our first time in Key West—and absolutely loved it! We came down to escape the snow and cold, and this place was perfect. The location was super convenient to the golf course, and having free parking made everything even easier. The condo was spotless and very comfortable, with cozy beds and a TV in every room. We also appreciated the little touches, like the tennis rackets and balls in the closet—such a fun surprise! The full-sized kitchen was a huge plus for preparing our own meals, and we loved starting our mornings with sunrise coffee and ending our afternoons sunbathing on the balcony. Elevators and luggage carts made getting in and out a breeze, and the trash chute added an extra bit of convenience. Check-in was seamless, even though we arrived in the late evening. It's also super close to the airport and a short drive to downtown Key West. Highly recommend this suite—we’d definitely stay here again!

This is a well-appointed (if dated) home. We stayed with a family of 5 (2 adults & 3 kids) and had plenty of room. I like that it was away from the busier parts of Key West -- we were able to get some peace and quiet. The island itself is tiny, so we were still very close to all the sights we wanted to see. Great place for a family trip.

We really enjoyed our stay for two nights, it was away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Key West. It was only a 1/3 occupied which allowed my kids to run around. It is about a 10-15 min car ride to the main attractions in Key West. The condo only comes with the bare minimum: one roll of paper towels, one garbage bag, three pods of dish washer detergent, no condiments. We were able to get by but if you plan on staying longer or doing a lot of cooking be prepared. It was very clean, quiet, and a great value for the Island. We would stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Vacasa. We were attending a convention in double tree hotel which was 2 min walk from us. Place was quiet and area was great for a run and walk. I enjoyed playing tennis at the tennis court. We didn’t use the pool but it was not crowded for those who are looking forward to it. We are planning to come back next year!

I think it was a bit expensive with all of the fees in the end, but we had an amazing time and the place was great! We had a pool view and could easily watch the kids from our balcony. Great location although not walking distance to anything. Very private and nice. We would come back.

It is Key West!! This is a fourth floor corner unit which was nice, with views of the pool. The unit was well stocked. You are 1.1 miles down the street from the beach. I recommend going in the morning. Check in and out was easy.

Great landing pad for your family. Quiet no crazy parties. Kid and pet friendly. Pool and hot tub had heavy use the whole stay with our kids and other families too all having fun. Full compliment of cutlery and dishes so you can avoid high Key West food costs. Less than 15 min drive from core Duval area. Felt like mini Home away from home.

This was exactly what me and 2 friends needed after a very long trip. The place was exactly as described. The host had good communication and the place was clean. We enjoyed the close proximity to Duval St where there’s a lot of great bars. We also enjoyed the nice pool and parking access. Overall I would definitely stay again and would love to book with vacasa for another trip somewhere soon.

Cute condo in a cute complex. The only thing I could say that isn’t positive is that the listing made us think there was a washer and dryer in the unit but it was actually a shared laundry downstairs and the laundry detergent machine ate our money so I had to run to the store for laundry soap. Otherwise it was a nice place.

Really great value. It's got a little more wear and tear than what is visible in the pictures, but it was very clean. The descriptions states "this accommodation features washer/dryer" but there are no machines inside the unit. There might be a shared laundry area available on site, but we did not look for it. It's a good place to stay. I would recommend.

Vacate Key West is a great place to stay with 4-6 people, within a less than 10 minute drive to Duval Street and other downtown sites as well as a 3 minute ride to beautiful beaches. The rooms are clean and the kitchen is fully stocked. The staff is very helpful in recommending reputable, reasonable companies to use for sight-seeing. There is a large pool on the premises and bike rentals as well. This is an ideal place for a family to stay as well as for 2 couples. Our bedrooms each had a full bathroom and were on opposite ends of our suite for complete privacy. Well worth the price!

The surrounding area is great... nice clean pool, you get a great view up from up on the top floor. Also they have a onsite little convenience store with just about anything you might need without leaving the apartments property. Would rent here again.

This is a nice little place, close to the locals’ homes. It’s on the other end of the island, however there is a complimentary shuttle that will take you where you need to go. The drivers are so friendly, they let me dog on the shuttle and dropped us off wherever we wanted. It was a great experience. The apartment was clean and spacious. The only thing that was upsetting (which had nothing to do with the apartment or location) was that I accidentally left my wedding ring on the night stand for checkout. A few hours later I called and the ring was nowhere to be found. Not sure if the maid took it, but just a heads up, don’t travel with your jewelry (it’s common sense and I just don’t have it sometimes). Other than that I would highly recommend this cute little apartment.

This was a much better situation than having to get two hotel rooms. The cost was comparable but staying here also gives you the opportunity to have a full kitchen and to share a living room and balcony with your friends. The two bedrooms were nice sized with comfortable amenities. Each bedroom has a full bathroom in it which was wonderful. Everything was great. We will definitely look at availability of this place the next time we are in Key West.

El apartamento está justo al entrar a Key West. Es un conjunto de edificios con apartamentos de 3-4 plantas/pisos cada uno. Está todo muy bonito y agradable, con una piscina y jacuzzi. Se encuentra un poco alejado de donde está todos los bares (Calle Duval está a unos 15 min), pero es lo que buscábamos nosotros. El uber al centro cuesta unos 20$. Nosotros éramos 5... todo salió perfecto. Está cerca del agua y puedes pasear alrededor. Si estáis pensando en ir a Key West de manera relajada pero también quieres tener la posibilidad de ir de fiesta, éste es tu sitio!
