Take a walk over to the 'Little White House' where President Truman often resided, or the Ernest Hemingway Home and Museum. Though there's plenty to eat and drink just a short walk away, why not take a ferry to Sunset Key for a little day trip? Make sure to stop by Mallory Square for the nightly Sunset Celebrations. Snag a spot poolside to work on your tan. Head inside to make a quick dish in the fully equipped kitchen before surfing the cable channels. Connect to the free WiFi to post some beach pictures on social media, then treat everyone to a night out at one of the restaurants along Duval Street. This home has recently been upgraded with new furniture, paint and decor. One private parking spot is available for your use, and a private washer/dryer has been added to the condo to make your stay feel just like home.With so many options for fun and relaxation, the only thing you'll need to decide is where to start when you book your trip to this Florida escape. *Please note that last-minute bookings cannot be made online.

Great location.
close to everywhere we wanted to see in Key West.
place was somewhat dated but clean and had everything we needed.
parking extremely convenient in front of the unit.
pool area was pleasing on the warm day we had.
the Keys are expensive and this unit was probably worth the money!

This was a GREAT rental! It was exactly as described and was just like the photos on the listing. My sister and I came to Key West to celebrate our November birthdays; her's a milestone. We were pleasantly surprised to learn that just about everything we wanted to see and do was within walking distance (Duval Street is two blocks away). The townhouse itself was clean, beds were comfortable, plenty of towels (including separate ones for pool/beach), tastefully decorated and had some interesting and enjoyable artwork. The management company was very responsive and helpful. Our week in Key West could not have been any better and we hope to make this an annual thing! And will definitely hope to return to this rental again.

Great place, can't beat the location and proximity to Duval St. Pool was nice, balcony with table great for eating, comfortable couch. We didn't find the place dated like previous reviews. The AC was noisy but it kept everything cool! Would stay again!

We had a great time in Key West. Our condo was clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful the few times we called with questions. We were within walking distance to so many shops, restaurants and bars. We rented bikes and rode to the beach everyday. Our pool area was very small for the number of people using it. We also noticed families with infants in diapers using the pool. Overall our stay was great. Thank you.

This condo was in a great location for all that we wanted to do. It was clean and easy to check-in to.
The price per night was reasonable compared to hotel rooms and the space you get.
I'd definitely rent this unit again.

What a lovely Setting! Place was super clean. Kitchen and baths a little “tired” but serviceable! Loved the pool. Loved the walkways! Close to shopping and restaurants but so very quiet!!!!

Shipyard Perch was exactly what we wanted! Spotlessly clean with all the amenities we wanted. The linens and towels were of high quality and the beds very comfortable. Perfect location for walking to restaurants and the beach at the state park. Had a small issue with communication about plumbers needing access to our unit but this was resolved to our satisfaction. Thanks for a lovely stay all around!

Great access to Duval Street and everything that goes on there. Whether walking or riding a scooter, the location was superb! Just don't ever forget that the AVERAGE elevation above sea level in Key West is 4.7 feet and the highest point is a mere 18 feet above sea level. It's easy walking and biking and a fun place to be.

We loved our stay at this Condo. You can't beat the location as it is only a couple of blocks from Duval. The balcony was great for morning coffee. This complex is nicely landscaped and very clean. Pool area was really nice as well. I would highly recommend staying here.
