After you whip up delicious dishes in this space, dine as a family around the wooden dining table. Equally bright and beautiful, the home's bedrooms come adorned with high-quality linens, tasteful artwork, and TVs. Additional interior perks include a private washer/dryer, central air-conditioning, and a collection of board games. Outside, enjoy the fresh sea breeze from the front porch or on the patio. Being nestled in a prime location, Key West's many amusements are at your fingertips! Get out and explore Hemingway Home and Museum, Key West Butterfly and Nature Conservatory, Smathers Beach, Florida Keys Eco-Discovery Center, and Fort Zachary Taylor Historic State Park. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 PM. Check-out time: 10:00 AM. All guests shall abide by the good neighborpolicy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Great location and house

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Del Sol during our 6 week respite from the cold winter up north. The house is well appointed and conveniently located in a quiet residential area. The neighbors are very pleasant. The action on Duval Street is close enough to be walkable. I definitely recommend this house if you are looking for a serene neighborhood located a few blocks from shopping, restaurants and nightlife. I gave four stars to the check-in process because we spent about 10 minutes searching for the electronic lock at the front door. I finally gave up and called Vacasa for guidance. I was told the entry door is on the side of the house where the driveway is located. That would have been useful information to have in our email correspondence prior to arriving. My only suggestion for this property is to add a light above the side entry door. That would make using the electronic keypad at night a bit easier.

Great home and neighborhood!

We spent two months at Casa Del Sol and really enjoyed our stay. The home is well furnished and the neighborhood is quiet and safe. The bunk bed setup in the second bedroom is a bit challenging for an adult but the bed was comfortable and the room sizable.
