Our stay was Great, communication was a little delayed, but it had everything we needed. Don’t pack a beach towel because it is provided. The property was immaculate! And is a middle point of Duval Street and it was peaceful and quiet. Would gladly stay again

This was a perfect stay! We had an amazing time and the house was perfect for our needs. The location is great, only ~2 blocks from Duval Street, it was great having off street parking as well. We were close to many restaurants and attractions. The home was welcoming and clean. The outdoor space felt private as well. The pool was great, its shared with other houses but we had it mostly to ourselves the whole trip.
Would highly recommend this home. We will definitely plan to stay here again in the future!

We come to Key West every April . This unit was by far the best !!! It was centrally located to all areas of Key West from the beaches to all the bar’s & restaurants!! The pool was fabulous ! We enjoyed sitting on our Patio at night with a glass of wine !! Very peaceful atmosphere!! We enjoyed our stay at Dancing Palms and will be back !! Thank you so much

Our flight landed crazy early before the house was ready. But we were able to store our luggage in the office after our flight and go explore until the place was ready.
The home was exactly as described, including a small work area where I could write in the mornings. What I was unprepared for was all the Grateful Dead decor, including ticket stubs (I was at one of the same concerts in ‘95!)- delightful as a Deadhead. :)
Vacasa is a very friendly and responsive PM company. We had an issue with a toilet running that was fixed right away.
The house is in an amazing little community - so quiet and yet close to everything! We’d 100% come back. Ty for sharing your awesome home with us.

We love the location of this property because you can walk to almost everything. It would be nice to have some better chairs around the pool area. That area is in need of an upgrade which is a Homeowner's Association issue.

Great location. Close to all the action if you wanted to be but very quiet when you needed. Didn't realize what an asset the pool was. So nice to come home at the end of the day and cool off! Super clean.

Location was key and perfect. Also it wasn’t crowded so had pool completely to ourselves. Also kitchen was good and it was fully supplied with lots of toilet paper, towels, and soap.

Unit is in a small gated private condo complex with nice pool, one block from Duvall St. Nice shops and restaurants close to the unit as well walkable to many sites such as The Hemingway House. The unit was very clean and amply supplied with fresh bedding, towels, beach towels and kitchen items. We would recommend for anyone wanting a great stay in Key West!

Having stayed in a number of AirBNBs, this one was most like its description.
The space was perfect for two couples. The kitchen was nicely set up for staying in or just simply making breakfast.
The spot was so private. We really enjoyed the out door spaces.
And it was so easy to walk everywhere…but we did rent a golf cart for a few days and easily parked it in the designated spot.
I would stay here again, no question whatsoever!

We have stayed at this location many times (with previous owner) and were excited to see this unit available again.
We love this home! It's tucked away with-in a small townhome community which gives it an additional layer of privacy. The home itself is well appointed with everything one would need for a comfortable stay:
laundry, BBQ grill, and full kitchen. The beautiful pool just steps away is an added bonus!
The location is great, with-in easy walking distance to all Key West has to offer: restaurnts, night life, shopping, sights and more!
The additional convience of one parking space is great if you drive down or rent a car. There are also two bikes racks available (which is the way to go IMHO).
We hope to return soon so we can enjoy this lovely spot again!

This home is in a perfect location. Easy walk to beaches and restaurants and shops. Wonderful secluded courtyard and pool. We loved our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Location is ideal, right at the heart of Old Town. A short walk to Duval Street, Hemingway House and Southernmost Point. Excellent restaurants a stone's throw in every direction. At the same time, the property is quiet and protected from the craziness of Duval Street. So we were able to seamlessly blend relaxation with partying during our trip. We took advantage of the on-site pool, which always had available lounge chairs. And plastic cups were provided in the unit, so that we could relax with a glass of wine poolside. Our unit was tucked away towards the back, with a private outdoor deck, BBQ, picnic table and chairs, where we enjoyed our morning coffee and end-of-day cocktails. Private and quiet. Perfect!

The house has everything you need. It is kept very clean and everything works - including the air conditioning. It is private and secure with a door and fence for the set of houses. Very nice pool though no hot tub/spa. I’ll be back.
