This was our second year spending a month in this wonderful house and we find it an ideal place for us. The neighborhood is delightful to walk in. The location is a 10 minute drive to supermarkets and 10 minutes to downtown. The house is full of historical nick-nacks. The modern kitchen is built to fit in with the old time feel of the home.

We enjoyed this house so much that we are staying there again next year. The house is superbly decorated with furniture and carpeting that goes well with the hardwood floors. The house is filled with wonderful historic knick-knacks where I found something new to admire every day. The kitchen has been remodeled with customized modern appliances that fit seamlessly with the historic feel. The master bedroom and bath are special and unique. We really enjoyed the heated salt-water pool. The pool and yard were taken care of weekly. I especially liked the orchids.

The house is wonderfully decorated with many antiques and vast array of knick-knacks with something new spotted nearly every day. The modern kitchen is custom made so that it fits in nicely. The Vacasa staff was very responsive when an issue came up. The landscaping is great and the saltwater pool superb. They had someone who took care of lawn waste and the pool weekly. We enjoyed the place so much we have reserved to stay there again next year.

I've rented many houses for extended stays in Key West and this surpassed all the others by leaps and bounds. What a spectular place, shot through with charm and with a garden out back that felt edenic. Couldn't recommend more highly.

The location of this home is perfect for a stay in Key West. We are all avid walkers and enjoyed leaving our car out front on the street and wandering around on foot. The home was comfortable, clean, and relaxing. The pool was an added bonus; especially the week our 4 year old granddaughter stayed with us. The neighborhood was quiet.

There were just a few minor issues during our stay. We needed a few more coffee mugs and once we contacted the Vacasa staff, within an hour we had additional mugs delivered. The regulator on the grill needed to be replaced and again, within hours of contacting Vacasa the regulator was replaced. We were very impressed with the responsiveness and friendliness of the staff. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our over month long stay at this beautiful home. We would definitely book this location again.

This home is every bit as lovely and charming as the photos make it seem. Its location is ideal for anyone who wants a quiet, safe place to stay that's still fairly close to all the attractions of Key West. Beds are very comfortable. Internet works great. Pool is excellent. I really enjoyed staying here! The reasons I don't rate it 5 solid stars are that, 1) the kitchenware needs improvement: the quality of the cookware and silverware are not even close to being on par with the quality of the home; the coffee mugs are tiny; the tableware is a hodgepodge of mismatched plates, SO MANY platters (why?), a melamine set, and a few bowls that are either too big or too small for a normal serving of cereal. Also no mixing bowls, just one ceramic serving bowl, and there's not one good spatula among all the utensils. A person can make do, but it does seem odd, given the quality of everything else and the expense involved in staying. 2) the bar stools are uncomfortable (firm seating would be better). 3) the upstairs bedrooms get quite warm and stuffy unless the A/C downstairs and up is running all day/evening. 4) the sitting furniture, i.e. sofa, chaise, and chairs indoors and out, is not especially comfortable for being seated more than a short while, and most of it is a bit small in scale––which was okay for me, but less so for my husband, who is 6'5". Most of these things are small but real issues that, if the owners address them, will make this home truly ideal for monthlong Key West living.

We enjoyed our stay at "Keys Please" for many reasons. The front porch was perfect for people watching, the bedrooms were big and comfortable, the pool was just the right size for taking a dip, and the location in the Meadows is the best. There is no dining room and no dining room table, so eating at the kitchen island or out back on the coffee table by the pool had to do, but with at least one meal a day eaten out, it was not a big deal. Having our own laundry room was great - we went through a lot of towels!

This home in Key West was a real home to me, not just a vacation rental. It was decorated and furnished beautifully and gave a good home vibe. The pool and laundry located in the back yard was perfectly designed and I used both every day.
Your staff was very helpful except in the beginning when I could not access the property. I had to leave my home at 3:00 am the day I arrived at Key West and I had to wait until 4:00 pm to access the house. When I tried the code after waiting awhile since I arrived hours earlier, I could not make the lock work. I called your contact number for help and a Victoria answered that day.
She was awful and told me that she would hang up on me because she didn’t like how upset I was and how I was talking with her. What happened to “the customer is always right.” She finally checked after arguing and found the lock was out of order and she sent a nice man over immediately to fix. She did not apologize.

We are property owners and managers ourselves in Surfside Beach, SC, and we've been in the business for over 15 years, so we have set expectations for cleanliness and comfort, which were all met - kitchen is well appointed with high end appliances, and I enjoyed having the extra room upstairs to use as my working office. The location is excellent, in the Meadows, a very nice residential area, and we were able to walk or bike to everything. The heated salt water pool was also great, and the nice, private yard was a treat to sit and enjoy morning coffee, etc.

Beautifully renovated historic home in a great location. All appliances are new and high end. Quiet residential neighborhood but convenient to everything. The private outdoor space with a heated saltwater pool is lovely. Master suite is conveniently on the first floor with the two guest bedrooms upstairs. The 2.5 bathrooms are also nicely renovated. We would definitely stay here again.
