KW271FLR - Sunset Bay

This exceeded our expectations in every way. The location was beautiful and convenient. The beds were comfy. Everything worked. The golf cart was a lifesaver - I won't vacation without one in the future. All of the host recommendations were amazing. We will ABSOLUTELY be back.

We always have a great time here. This is our 3rd time to come down and will be back next year for our 4th time. We enjoy the great accommodations , the beds are very comfortable. Plenty of room for everyone to enjoy their time here. There is a boat dock to pull your boat up to with ease. There is a local city marina close by ,where we put our boat in and drive over to the boat dock. We also enjoy the back yard sitting area with a out door sink and grill with plenty of seating. The sunsets are the best view in the evenings. And this place is less than 10 min from the airport and Duval street. If we have anything that we need answer to the owner are always available to get in touch with and handle things promptly . You will love this place.. book the trip!

The unit is well appointed, spacious and checks off all boxes for a wonderful vacation in Key West. The views are spectacular and the sunsets are to die for. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Sunset Bay in Key West during the singer-songwriter festival. Overall, our stay was excellent. We found the home to be very clean and well-maintained, and it appeared to have been recently updated, which was a pleasant surprise. We particularly appreciated how quiet the property was, allowing for restful nights after enjoying the festival events. And the sunsets were the best we’ve seen in key west! Sunset Bay had everything we needed to enjoy a few beautiful days in Key West. The gate around the property helped you feel secluded. We rented a golf cart, which was delivered to us, and tooled around. Did not take long to get to anything we wanted to do. Dinner at the Perry Hotel was great. Loved being able to jump in the kayak and paddle. Can't wait to go back.

This was our 2nd time to the house in the Key's, We have had a great time both times that we went! We love the location of the house, we always bring our boat and tie up at the dock. There is a city marina not far to launch the boat in. We always come with a group of friends, that we have created memories that we will never forget. We already have our 3rd visit scheduled to come back . This will definitely be a yearly trip for us!

We had an AMAZING stay at Sunset Bay for my 50th birthday! It was the perfect location. We enjoyed coffee on the dock each morning and the sunset at night was picturesque, just gorgeous! The place itself is set up so well. We had 8 woman - and it was perfect girls trip rental for us. Can't wait to go back !!

We loved this home and location. Very spacious, nice decor, very clean and well equipped. Enjoyed the kayaks, Tiki hut, grill, comfortable beds and large dining and living space. Very quiet area. Loved watching the fish, star fish, and horseshoe crabs off the dock. Nice neighbors to visit with. Wonderful French bakery and Cuban coffee shop close by. Enjoyed using the pool at The Perry Hotel. Just a wonderful place!! We will be back.

We had a great time. House was close to everything. From boat location to down town Duval street. We used the boat dock every day. City boat dock really close to put boat in. The house had everything we needed. Everything was clean. Great sunset views ! Great seating outside and hanging on out. We we definitely be returning.

Loved the very large kitchen table for all the family to gather around for meals. Loved the large couch for movie night. Loved the waterfront tiki hut for relaxing during days and night. Close to a pool and plenty of dining. It was a great place!

This was our second time staying at Sunset Bay! It is in a wonderful location to experience both downtown Key West and also Stock Island! We loved driving the golf cart to The Perry Hotel for happy hour and then to The Docks for dinner, both are amazing! We really liked the tiki hut at Sunset Bay and enjoyed using the paddle boards! Can't wait to go back!!

The house was great with lots of new amenities, and the tiki bar was awesome. We were just a stone's throw from great food, drinks and live music. Hogfish Bar was one of our favorites. Food was outstanding and their margaritas were even better. Sunset Bay . . . A perfect place to do nothing or everything.

We loved the proximity to Key West! This home sits on the water and has an amazing outdoor area and covered patio. We put the Kayaks and paddle boards to good use! The kitchen is well-stocked with items to cook meals as well as having a nice bar area with a coffee station to mix drinks/store wine and soft drinks.

We had the most amazing stay at Sunset Bay! The property was perfect for our group of three couples. It is spacious, super clean, and extremely comfortable. There are so many things to do in the area, but most of all we enjoyed relaxing on the dockside patio. The sunsets are incredible! When we did venture out our favorite spot on the island was the community pool at the Perry Hotel. It is just a few blocks from Sunset Bay. We ordered delicious cocktails from the bar located right next to the pool. There are many dining options on Stock Island including coffee shops, food trucks, and restaurants which are also just a few minutes away. Hogfish Bar and Grill was a fun spot with live music! Everything was super convenient! Duval Street is a short and scenic 10 minute golf cart ride from Stock Island and the airport is less than 10 minutes away. We are already looking forward to our next stay at Sunset Bay. We had everything we needed for a perfect, relaxing vacation.

We wouldn't have had the dock and water front and it makes this location the place to be. Only an 8 minute golf cart ride away to Duval plus the views. Also, loved that we didn't have to walk up and down a ton of stairs to the house, dock and back yard. Will rent this place every time we come!

No matter how you are looking to enjoy Key West, Sunset Bay Is your MUST stay! The deck, dock and tiki bar made it so easy to relax and watch the most amazing sunsets (we enjoyed our sunsets with a piece of Kermit’s key lime pie)! The golf cart with Bluetooth speaker was perfect for when we felt like going downtown! Andrew and Dawn made sure we had a list of their favorite “must try” places! Beautifully decorated, very comfortable beds and close to the airport!

This place is absolutly beautiful. We cant get enough of it, we are repeat renters and we are gonna keep coming. In a quiet residential area on a key just outside of Key West . 15-20 minute drive or Uber right to the heart of the action. Super clean, lots of amenities. The patio was a great place to hang out and my kid loved the kayaks and paddleboards. Highly recommend.

This was our first stay at Sunset Bay and it was absolutely amazing. The property has been meticulously updated and was awesome for our trip. The outside space was stunning. The sunsets on the dock were the highlight of the trip. We loved sitting at the Tiki Bar and relaxing and enjoying the view of the Bay. Will absolutely stay here again and highly recommend. Easy drive to downtown Key West and convenient location with lots to explore. Cant wait to visit Sunset Bay again!

The view is amazing and so relaxing! We love the outdoor tiki area with great furniture to watch the water and sunset. The inside of the house has obviously been newly renovated and it was super clean. An added bonus was the beds were very comfortable!! We all raved about them. I would definitely stay in this house again!

House has perfect layout, nicely decorated. Backyard is a dream! No need to visit Mallory Square for sunset views, just sit back and enjoy the view. Definitely rebooking this house.
