We had a great stay! Home was clean and had plenty of room. Pool was nice and there were several things at the house for use - bicycles, grill, snorkling fins, pool floats. Nice to haves when traveling so you dont have to buy/rent. AC was cold and super refreshing after a hot day! We also enjoyed the live music next door from Hank's from our upstairs balcony!

We visit KW every February and this was a great location, pool was perfect and the house was roomy, clean, and comfortable. Like everyone mentioned the noise level of music was a little bother, but the noises that go on through the night sometimes were more bothersome. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Pool was great. Floors were quite dry. Turned our feet black, the host was kind enough to offer to have a cleaning person come in and address that. We declined to avoid the disruption, but wanted them to be aware for the next renters.

We loved the property and we loved the location. But the location was too good. It is nice to have a bar right around the corner. It is not nice to have a bar in your backyard playing loud music until midnight every night. Even with ear plugs it was difficult to get a good night's sleep. The place is perfect for a young group such as a bachelor party, It is not great for parents with children or grandchildren.

We love old houses and wood houses cannot be built now in Florida. We enjoy live music and the lower bedrooms are shielded from the music. The lower shower might be almost as small as a cruise ship shower, but the tile walls set it apart. The flora might drop a few leaves in the pool and I used the net to scoop up a couple of leaves that took 2 minutes, but the pool is well kept and clear. We enjoyed all of the fans both inside and the outside table area. The huge living area was very comfortable and clean. All our needs were adequately supplied and clean. Everything is within walking distance including the Fort Jefferson Tortuga boat dock. This was our first stay at a vacasa. Congratulations on a job well done to the staff, we had no issues.

The place was exactly like shown on the app. It was clean and very spacious. For future reference it should state that the entrance is the side door and not the front. Highly recommend.

Great location if you are hear for the main parts of Key West. It does get a little loud at times since there is a bar next door with live bands sometimes, but since that's why we were there, it was perfectly fine. The pool is refreshing. Best location around, walking distance to everything you want to do. Would definitely stay again.

We loved where this house was located adjacent to Devall Street. It was convenient and we were able to walk everywhere. We were even able to hear music coming from the local bars which we enjoyed. Everything was really clean and the pool was heated, which was great in mid December.

If location is high on your list I would recommend this property. Although it is older ( I believe built in the 1930’s) it has great charm and is close to everywhere you want to be. We walked everywhere and were so close to Duvall street we were able to enjoy all it had to offer. The pool is heated which is great for December.

Stayed here a few years ago. The Location is super convenient. Just stayed here again and the whole place has been renovated. The rooms are awesome and beds were comfy. Loved the bathroom floors and god bless whoever put waters in the refrigerator for the morning hang over!

House was very nice and roomy. Clean, nicely decorated, lots of space. Beds were comfy and the pool was wonderful after a hot day out and about. Live band played each night at restaurant/bar on other side of back yard privacy fence. We enjoy listening to live bands so it just added to the ambiance of hanging by the pool. Location was fantastic!! Short walk to restaurants, bars, shops, attractions, and Mallory Square Park. Only downside...downstairs shower was a little tight.

The rental had 3 bedrooms with2 having queen beds, and the other had 2 twin beds and lots of entertaining rooms. Great furnishings and the private pool was perfect and used each day for a couple hours of recharge. The location is the best and I would say is perfect, perfect, for adults as everything is walking distance. You can also hear live music from the nearby bars. We loved it

Had an absolute blast in Key West! From the vibrant sunset celebrations at Mallory Square to exploring the historic streets of Old Town, every moment was a treasure. Bars on Duval Street, and the laid-back island vibes made it an unforgettable.

So we loved this property and would rent it again and again. Everything about it was A1 perfect. However, when we arrived earlier than the 4 pm check in the woman named Vickie at Vacasa was so unpleasant and unhelpful it was disturbing. We clearly were just looking to place our luggage and change yet she offered us no help. Said she would check if the property would be ready which we walked down to and it was, but she refused to unlock it until 4pm. It was just unfortunate that her unhappiness in life could affect us so negatively that I chose to write this.. Not only did she make that mistake but we came down to purchase a property which we saw on her window but chose a different agent because of her representation for that company. Losses all around.. She should not be employed in a hospitality position to say the least.

We were startled when we arrived, from the appearance but our place was to the left and outback. All was well when we realized we had a private separate entrance. One private designated parking spot- which was excellent. The house could use some updating but it didn’t bother anyone. There is a bar right next door and one across the way. When they each had their bands playing simultaneously, it was annoying. They were playing over each other. Other than that….there’s really nothing negative to stay. I will definitely, without question, rent here again.

Excellent location on north Duvall, near amenities but not too close to the boats, marina etc. This property has so much potential, and it has to be taken for what it is, a great location with comfortable, well made up beds. We eat meals out, so didn't need the kitchen really. Used the pool and patio. Would be great to see some new patio furniture next time. Noticed that the living room couch was replaced with a very nice new couch. Thank you! TV was easy to use. Bathrooms finishes are rough, but we didn't spend much time in the unit so did not matter. Good hot water and pressure! Safe, secure, and the dedicated parking spot was key! Perfect for the golf cart. We found rooms for my wife's parents at the La Concha Hotel nearby. The live music did not bother us. We used to live under the "El" in Chicago, and you didn't hear it after awhile. Same thing here, and the music stops at 12:30am. We also spend time in and love those live music establishments!

We are a family with 2 adult children (23 & 21). Property condition: The property was in good condition. The pool was a nice touch and I wish we could have used it but the property is so convenient to everything that we never wanted to just chill at the house. Even though the property is advertised as a 3 bedroom house, I would not book this property for a family. The upstairs is private and nice. The 2 downstairs bedrooms are small and they share a bathroom with a REALLY small shower. Also, all of the downstairs bedroom doors are louvered so there is absolutely no sound privacy. If anybody is in the kitchen or living room, everyone in those 2 bedrooms knows it. There's no door on the upstairs bedroom either - just a staircase leading up - but that didn't bother us. Beds were comfortable. Adequately stocked with dishes and supplies. Nice one-car, off-street parking area if you need it. Owner: This property is managed by a company named Vacasa. Communications were prompt and professional. Visited local office (8 blocks up the street) and staff were awesome. Plane arrived before and departed after check-in/out times and staff let us store our bags at office and use their bathrooms. A nice convenience.. Location: The location near the corner of Whitehead/Caroline Sts was an awesome location for being in the middle of things. One block off Duval St meant you were steps away from the action and easy to pop back home. Beware that this property is right next to Hanks Hair of the Dog Saloon as well as across the parking lot from Smokin' Tuna Saloon. You WILL enjoy music from both places as if you were actually there until at least midnight. This did not bother us because most nights we were out later than this, but beware if you have travelers who go to bed earlier. Overall, we were happy with this property and would return as a couple, but would probably not stay here again as a family. Due to the downstairs bedrooms and location right next to the bars, It is best suited for a couple who is out late every night.

I loved this house for our family get together. It was perfect and a great location. In order to stay at this house you have to be ok with music until about 2 a.m. The house is next to bars with music. If that doesn’t bother you, then this is a great place with lots of room. Down stairs bathroom is small, but wasn’t a problem for us. Pool area is nice. The house has a lot of sitting areas.

Excellent house for our group of 3 couples. We did lots of exploring and this place was in a great spot for that. Easy off street parking. The city was working on the water lines and had most of the street blocked off and daily construction was competing with the music at the bar. Street should be finished soon. The bar next door is loud so be prepared with some earplugs or go hang out there like we did. Lots of restaurants around so we did not really cook any meals. Just warmed some leftovers in the microwave and made coffee daily. Shared bathroom shower is a bit small but we made it work. Plenty of towels. Beds are comfy. Pool was refreshing. Finally found the iron tucked away in a drawer on the morning as we were leaving. House could use a coat of paint inside and out. Some of the furniture has been replaced since the photos were taken. Plenty of seating for our group. Fast wifi. Overall nice stay.

The location is amazing and having our own private pool made it even better! There are some repairs, low water pressure and the smallest showers I’ve ever seen, but I would definitely stay there again!

we absolutely loved the house. it was perfect for 6 adult friends on a vacation. the location could not be beat (probably the best in our 5 trips to key west) the pool was everything we could have asked for. since there were no kids, and we are all younger, we enjoyed the music from the bar next door playing late and loud (we just sat in the pool and listened). our only complaint was the water pressure in the upstairs shower made washing your hair difficult and it took a VERY long time for the hot water to kick in.

My husband and I stayed here with two friends for a week. Location was excellent, withing walking distance to everthing, quick walk to Duval St. More than enough room for the four of us. We were there for a concert and during the Key West Song Writers Festival. You could hear the music from the two nearby bars clearly on the upstairs deck and by the pool. The music was also loud in the second floor bedroom. We didn't mind because we were there to hear music and were usully up until the music was finished. If you're looking for a quiet location, this is probably not your best choice. The property has not been updated recently, but everything was clean and in working order. Price felt appropriate for the size and quality of the home. Again, the location was awesome and we would definitely stay there again.

Stayed with my husband, and 3 kids, 27, 24 & 21, celebrating the 21 yr old!!! We're Key West regular's and absolutely loved this location and amenities!!! Pool was a huge hit!! Bar next door came in extremely handy for meals and nightcaps!!! Only complaint is those damn Key West cocks at 4am, but that is allll over the island!!! Lol. Kitchen was fully loaded with everything we needed, more than expected! Such an adorable and amazing vibe from this house!! Would/will most definitely book again!!

Great house! Private pool was a huge plus. There are 2 local bars that are close and play music until about 12:30 but I read the reviews prior and packed ear plugs and it was fine. I would still book this location over and over again. You can deal with the noise for this awesome location and private pool. That alone is worth every penny. Plus the parking spot was also a huge win! Wonderful house!

This house has the PERFECT location. It is about a block away from Duval Street so it's within walking distance. Has parking and three bedrooms, a beautiful pool and it was everything we wanted and so much more!! Since it's so close to Duval, at night you hear some music. My friends and I loved that! Bed was comfy, full kitchen amenities and stocked up with towels and shower supplies. 10/10 will DEFINITELY be staying here again!!

The Pool was amazing, the house was clean, the beds were comfortable, there were plenty of towels and necessities and the location was unbeatable. We were walking distance to Duval destinations, the Hemingway House, Fort Zachary Beach, oceanfront restaurants, grocery and liquor stores and so on. I highly recommend this property.

We were lucky that our original plan fell through. In that plan, we rented two apartments by the airport, far removed from Duval St. and the fun of Old Town, the historic sites, and the waterfront. This home is perfectly located - the street runs parallel to Duval and is situated near the the waterfront and Mallory Square. The house was great for a family of 5 - lots of space, a nice living room and TV with wifi, and a kitchen that made meals lots of fun. Our only complaint was the noise at night - the live music on Duval goes late - but all things considered, just about perfect for a week stay in Key West.
