Though it will be hard to leave the comfort of your private oasis, you will have access to the Cabana Club pool, amenities, and beach access sitting a half-mile from your front door. Return home with sun-kissed skin and hop into the full kitchen to make a fresh recipe as the sun goes down. Plus, you can bring your boat along, as there is a private boat dock for your convenience. When you aren't lounging by the pool or tanning on the sand, there is a wide variety of activities and attractions to check out nearby. The golfers of the group will be glad to know that Key Colony Beach Golf is within walking distance. If you are up for a bit more adventure, rent a few bicycles and cruise along the bike paths to Sunset Park or Key Colony Inn for a bite to eat! Venture out a bit more and you can have a blast at the Dolphin Research Center, the Florida Keys Aquarium Encounters, or the Turtle Hospital. Feel like indulging in even more adventure? Schedule a fishing charter and try your luck at catching a big one! Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Seven-night minimum stays only.

Perfect location for boaters and fishermen. Clean and mostly quiet canal with minimal low wake zone. House had all basics and very comfortable for my husband and I. Loved having the park nearby to take our dog, would recommend!

Enjoyed staying at your Villa sitting out by the canal watching the manatees sharks stingrays it was really beautiful I would most definitely stay there again thank you

The neighbors were friendly and helpful with information on the neighborhood. There is a dog friendly park a few streets over. There was only gravel in the yard, so grass was just around the corner. The sunset was beautiful every night over the canal. We saw manatees also. Fishing was good, we caught many snapper and even a few sharks. I would highly recommend this house!

Beautiful place in a nice community. Close to everything in Marathon. Be sure to bring your boat,water access at your back door.

Great little duplex with spacious kitchen. Enjoyed our stay and the convenience of having the dock out back for the boat, access to the cabana club pool and close restaurants.
