Our family really enjoyed our stay at this property! Plenty of space, clean, lots of beds, a nice sized kitchen, laundry, and a relaxing back yard with a spacious dock. We fished, rented a boat, and used the Keys Cabana pool. We love staying at Key Colony Beach to relax and get away. We will keep this property on our favorites list!

My family and I had a great time in this Key Colony community. The home is not perfect, but it does have all the amenities that we needed. It was clean, comfortable and perfect for what we were looking to do. We rented a boat during our entire stay of 9 days. Having our own dock and fish cleaning station was great. We will definitely stay here again. :)

We arrived late and in the dark but everything was as described and got right in. The house was very clean and just as pictured and described. For two couples it worked well. It felt roomy and the furniture comfortable and the place was homey. Kitchen was great to cook in and the outdoor grill w/burner to grill/ fry our fish outside (and an air fryer in the kitchen for french fries). The canal and outdoor area was nice to sit out for sunrise coffee or sunset, fishing and to see manatees (we were way too excited to see them for the first time). The bait freezer and washer/dryer was great. Walkable to the Cabana Club which was a super nice perk of the property! This location was great to explore the upper and lower Keys. Loved our trip!

The house has everything you would need, in the way of kitchen supplies and linens. The cabana Club that comes with the property is excellent, great food, friendly staff, large pool. the beach is small, but it's the keys so that is normal here. We would stay again!

Or stay was mostly okay. It is a nice home, and everything is in good shape. It does have a dock, and that's where my complaint starts. The water at the dock was broke on the second day. I put in a request to have it fixed. By Thursday morning no one has showed up to fix it. So I fixed it myself. I'm kind of upset that no one came to fix it for most of the time that I was there. Boats need to be rinsed, and motors need to be flushed. Going without fresh water at the dock is like having toast without bread. It just doesn't work. I'm upset that I had to fix it myself. I got no apology, just " is there anything else?" I half expect someone to make this right.

Hard to find a decent dock that can handle a 36-38’ boat with shore power - this unit work well and we would rent again.

This was our second time renting this home & Hope to be back next year. It’s a great home & location. 2 of us & 2 dogs enjoyed a very low key relaxing week, fishing from the 7 mile bridge & at the house. We loved hanging outside & the weather was perfect.

This house is everything you could dream of and more! House has every appliance and necessity you need to have a wonderful vacation. We had our two kids and boat. There was PLENTY of room for everybody. Having boat behind house, with a cleaning table and deep freeze to store our fish was so convenient. Key Colony was a great area and close to everything you might need. Winn Dixie, gas station (with ice machine,) restaurants, bait houses and public boat launch ($25 to launch and $25 to dock - no such thing as free in The Keys) all within a mile or two. Pod of manatees came to visit us at the house. House was clean, AC was COLD, water pressure was GREAT, having dishwasher and washing machine was such a plus! WI-FI was great. Beds were comfy. Plenty of dishes to cook with and eat. Enclosed garage was nice to store our fishing gear and coolers. Have NO complaints. We will definitely be back!

Great home and set up for boat lovers. We trailered our own boat down and had no problems putting in at the local marina. The canal was calm, even on super windy days.

This was a perfect rental for our family. The kids enjoyed fishing from the dock and we loved using the cabana club pool and restauranton days with poor weather.

We had a great time! The description was exactly what I was expecting. The only problem was the washing machine we had to work on to unclog the drain to get it to work and the housekeepers were stalking the road waiting for us to leave an hour and a half before checkout.

As a single father, convenience is paramount. This house and location was great. The house was as described. The house had everything needed for a great vacation.There was previous comments about lack of salt and pepper( I left my salt and pepper mills behind for the next renters and on going. Not a big deal to me. The can opener did not work but I replaced it and left it behind.The beds were comfortable and the house met our needs.The provided shampoo, conditioner, soap, paper towels and toilet paper were a bonus. Beach Towels were also a nice surprise. My only feedback would be that if you expect the room with the trundle bed in it to be used as a bedroom put a curtain or blind over the door. It was an easy fix for us, by using a blanket that was provided. ****If you are staying in Key Colony access to the Cabana Club is a must***( included with this rental). The canal was beautiful as well. The one disclaimer I will give is do not expect to catch keepable fish from this area of the canal. We caught lots of small fish but nothing that we could keep. This is no reflection on this rental, I would have just planned differently since this was supposed to be a fishing trip with my kids. If I had I known the fishing from the canal or bridges was not great without access to live bait I would have rented a boat or chartered a boat. The lights at the dock were not in working order while we were there as we fished a lot. Please provide a broom and dustpan for future renters.

We had an awesome time staying at this place. The property manager was responsive and it was even better than the pictures showed. The location is perfect on the canal and neighborhood is quiet. The cabana club is also a bonus and a great time. Highly recommend this property if you're looking for a vacation home in Marathon!

we spent a week in KCB everything was great ! the house was spacious and comfortable for a group of 4 , the house was equipped with every imaginable appliances ,,plenty of towels for everyone , comfy beds , nice backyard with canal access (for fishing or dock your boat,) bbq , chairs ,umbrella ,bench , the only sad part is was to leave . i would suggest to stay there 100% good job Vacasa!!!

Loved the location, morning coffee by the canal. Really quite place walking distance to the Cabana Club and the private beach. Walking distance to restaurants to in Key Colony. Will come back there!

This house is filled with sunlight, wonderful backyard by the canal to have your morning coffee and your cold cocktail in the evening. The house is the perfect size for 4 to 6 people. Love the flow of this house...plenty of space in living room.

Unforgettable memories were made with our grandsons! The Manatee gave us a personal showing at the base of our Pier with the water hose that we will never forget!
Greedy Peetie, the Pelican, showed up right on time everyday to receive "his portion" of fish along with his First Mate, Greedy Gretta and her family. What a hoot!
The laundry room provided much needed lockable storage space. The size and efficiency of washer and dryer were more than we expected to find in a rental.
The kitchen had the most useable storage than we've even been blessed with and loved the open concept which allowed us to enjoy the catch of the day while still visiting with family.
The Sunroom was a game changer for our grandsons. Great idea to close the room off with glass doors. Children could "have their space" but adults could still monitor activities.
So many electrical outlets designed into the home and the TV in the family room was the perfect size.

The home is well appointed, clean, comfy beds, lovely outdoor space on the canal with dockage for your boat. We also loved the access to the cabana club. Would have loved to have some basic salt and pepper and other cooking spices and foil. Don’t worry, we left some for you!! And some bikes would have been lovely, but I’m sure they can be rented somewhere. Overall, we can’t wait to come back. Next time I’ll stay longer.

The property was clean and the listing and pictures were accurate. We loved the location, right on the canal! We rented a boat and we’re able to dock it right outside. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with the Exception of basic needs like salt and pepper, other seasonings, foil, etc. we left some there for the next guests!

We had a great time at this space. We come to the keys 1-2x a year and I was fairly happy with this space. It does not have a pool on site but there is the Cabana Club just 4min walk down the street. Pool is nice, private beach, drinks/food is reasonably priced. We also get a boat every stay and there is a slip/ dock right out back. No complaints! There was plenty of sleeping space/ linens/ pillows and the view of the canal and the cute houses across the way were great. It's close to restaurants, bridge fishing, aquarium, dolphin site, and turtle hospital. The space was a little different than places we've stayed before but I was very happy with it. Thank you to the hosts for great communication!

We loved the location at the end of cul-de-sac. Was able to bring our dog which was a big plus. Loved the Cabaña Club membership. Went swimming and enjoyed cocktails by the pool and on the private beach. We will be returning. Nice neighbors in secluded and safe neighborhood.

A/C didn’t work when we checked in but they brought some portable ones until someone could take a look because it was Christmas Eve. The a/c guy fixed it and it worked perfectly. The house was super clean and the view of the water was breathtaking.

This house is a great stay. We loved that we were able to bring our dogs. We had issue with the sink while staying. But we reached vacasa and they were able to get someone out right away to fix it. The location is great. The access to cabana club and beach are what make this house a great stay. Would definitely stay again.

This home is in a great location with plenty of activities in the area including resort amenities, beautiful water views on the canal with the boat dock included and a relaxing atmosphere! We will definitely be back!

It was in the perfect location for our family in a smaller boat. Just minutes to Atlantic and around corner to Vaca cut where there is marina for fuel, bait etc.. public boat ramp close as well. We enjoyed the home and comforts. Sitting outside grilling is a must as wider canal with great breeze in evening. Nice dip in the pool after full day of fishing with full service libations and small snacks.

This place is amazing! We had such a nice trip and were very comfortable at the house. We particularly enjoyed hanging out on the back patio and taking in all of the nature (we saw manatees and dolphins swimming in the canal!). We were able to walk to a few restaurants that were good and COVID-friendly with lots of outdoor seating. Sparky’s Landing was our favorite. Cooking at the house was really nice. The kitchen is big and pretty well stocked. There is also a grill and there is a great farmer’s market at Key Colony Bay (near the police station) every Tuesday. My only regret is that we weren’t able to kayak or SUP from the dock at the house because there is no ladder to get down into the water. You’d be fine getting in and out of a normal-sized boat from the dock - just not anything small.

Location is awesome and we really enjoyed our stay. A great patio and dock and manatees visited us while visiting. Kitchen has everything you need and lots of counter space. The air conditioner is very loud and should probably be on a stand instead of attached to the house. We had an amazing time and it is really close to the sandbar which we enjoyed with our boat that we kept at the dock in the back. The house is really in a perfect location and getting the morning sun in the backyard was perfect. we went to the beach club to check it out and it is a nice amenity, however we were boating most of the time. We cant wait to come back. It sleeps 6 and where the day bed is really like a 3rd bedroom. We lives the outside area and having the new washer and dryer was really a nice touch.
