This property is absolutely beautiful. All new appliances and modern furniture and decor. The grounds of the condo association are gorgeous and the pool is fabulous. It is a very quiet and comfortable place to stay for any length of time you can’t go wrong. The location is so convenient and close to all the good stuff in Islamorada.
I highly recommend this property and would definitely stay again!

Seven Keys Vacations staff

Clean, modern updated unit very nicely stocked with everything we needed. Nice tropical patio and short walk to the large pool kept at a comfortable temperature. We saw fish, manatees, and dolphins from the dock. We saw many fish snorkeling also. Scuba and fishing charters were just a few miles away.

It’s a well equipped, comfortable, spacious, sparkling clean, conveniently located townhouse. Exceeded my expectations and I’ve stayed at many vacation rentals. If you’re looking for a great place to stay in Islamorada, look no further, you’ve found it in this rental!

Executive Bay Club has everything you need to experience a wonderful vacation, pool, beach, tennis, clubhouse for parties, plus an awesome security staff & great neighbors .. Our condo had every amenity you can think of. It was nicely renovated, spacious & had comfortable beds. Another A+ plus was the management, we had 2 minor problems and Kristy was on it right away and the problems were solved the same day. She’s definitely a “Rock Star” an asset to Vacasa & M1 .. This condo was amazing to stay in. My husband with our 3 children had to get away and with virtual schooling we decided to escape to the Keys for a month. This was the first vacation where all of us were in tears to leave and wish we would have booked a longer stay. From the second we walked in the door we were thoroughly impressed with how immaculate and well appointed the condo was. The condo was abundantly stocked with towels and sheets for our stay. All the appliances were immaculately cleaned and most import the WiFi signal was strong!! Plenty of fishing off the private dock in the complex and the beach are was great too. The majority of the residents of the complex were very nice, however when the snowbirds came in after Christmas, they tended to get a little territorial at the pool! About 3 days before our stay was over, we no longer were getting hot water. We called Vacassa and they helped guide us through the process to reset the water heater. When that did not work, a plumber was at our house about 2 hours later, so we were very thankful for their prompt response. My only feedback would be that for the rental price paid, basic cable should be included at least in the living room. Only Netflix, Hulu, and Samsung smart TV channels (think Baywatch and Kitchen Nightmares on 24/7) were available on the TV’s. I hope we can come back soon!
